Acceptable Use Policy

Whose face you may scan

• Scan your own face.
• You may scan another adult only if they have agreed to it, knowing what LookFlex does with face data.
• Never scan, upload or edit an image of a child or anyone under 16. If you are 16 or 17, you may scan only yourself.
• Never upload photos taken without the person's knowledge, or images you do not have the right to use.

Respect for other people

Do not use LookFlex, its scores or its images to:

• rate, rank, compare, shame, bully or harass anyone;
• identify, recognise, track or profile people from their faces;
• make decisions about others, such as hiring, dating, housing or access to services;
• infer or comment on anyone's race, ethnicity, health or other sensitive traits;
• break any law, including privacy, biometric, consumer protection and intellectual property laws.

Lab images

Lab images are AI-generated. You must not use them to:

• impersonate anyone, or pass an image off as a real, unedited photo in a way that could deceive or harm;
• create sexual, nude, violent or degrading images of any person;
• advertise or promise the results of a product, treatment or procedure;
• try to get around the safety filters of the Lab or its providers.

The AI coach

Do not use the coach to seek or spread harmful content, such as instructions for unsafe practices, extreme dieting or self-harm, or to try to make it ignore its safety rules. Do not share other people's personal information with it.

Protecting the service

Do not:

• attack, probe, overload or disrupt the service, except as allowed by our responsible disclosure policy;
• call our API from anything other than the LookFlex app and website, or automate, scrape or resell access to it;
• get around usage limits, rate limits, paywalls or credit checks, or tamper with tokens or purchase receipts;
• copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the service, except where the law allows it;
• upload malware or content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share.

Your own safety

LookFlex never recommends unsafe practices such as bone smashing, crash diets, steroids, unregulated injectables or DIY fillers, and you should not use it to pursue them. Enforcement

If you break these rules, we may block requests, limit or suspend your access to features that use our servers, end your Pro access under our Terms of Service, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Reporting misuse

If you believe LookFlex has been used to harm you or someone else, email [email protected]. Tell us what happened and include any links or images that help us understand it.
